Staff was amazing! They were very friendly and gave us bags with water and a treat. Recommended Mexican restaurant next door which was very good. Hotel smelled super clean and was clean! Great stay!

Room was nice, breakfast good, had laundry room and workout area, pet friendly, 1st floor hallway spelled like cigarette smoke, but room spelled fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. I particularly appreciated the idea of accommodating guests with dogs on the first floor. It made it so much easier to take my pet in and out without having to navigate stairs or elevators. The flooring in the rooms was also a great touch—having no carpet is much more convenient when traveling with pets. However, I did encounter one significant downside. The smell of the cleaning products used in the room was very strong and unpleasant. It was off-putting and affected my initial impression of the room. Thankfully, I was able to air it out, but I would recommend the hotel consider using less harsh cleaning agents. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for pet owners, as long as they address the cleaning product issue.

When we checked it we were given a room that already had someone in the room. After we got that straight and got our correct room it was very clean and everyone was very nice. The breakfast was very good and constantly added stuff when low. Would stay here again.

Excellent Location, easy access to everything that you will want. Clean rooms very nice staff front end Customerservice was phenomenal.

Nicely remodeled hotel. Just some minor things. No gfi outlet in bathroom. Nice sliding shower doors but if not positioned properly water goes to the floor. Its the large gap between them. For some reason the thermostat on the wall not connected to anything. The ac and heat operates remotely at the unit under the window. I thought it was humorous that the maintenence guy is also the breakfast cook. He was changing out a ceiling light outlet during breakfast. Then he would stir the scrambled eggs at the breakfast bar lol. No door stop to room entrance door. Already a hole is forming in the wall. The door handle hits it.

Staff was wonderful at check in. Breakfast was great, always hot and refilled! Room was clean. The WiFi was horrible. Will stay here again, but I hope they fix their WiFi.
